Carlino serves Northern Italian cooking inspired by Friuli, Trentino-Alto Adige and the Veneto from a terrace dining room in the Hyatt Vancouver Downtown Alberni. It’s recommended by the MICHELIN Guide and part of Kitchen Table Restaurants.
What I built
- An elegant site for an all-day hotel restaurant and lounge, open for breakfast right through to late dinner.
- Menus for every service, including the family-style fai tu (“you pick”) dinner.
- Reservations and clear information for hotel guests and locals alike.
Outcome
A site that meets the standard of both a Michelin-recommended kitchen and a major hotel partner.
