St. Lawrence is Chef Jean-Christophe Poirier’s Gastown restaurant, serving French country cooking with Québécois roots. It holds a MICHELIN Star, has been named one of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants and has been Vancouver Magazine’s Restaurant of the Year.
What I built
- A refined site that reflects the restaurant’s belief that simplicity is “the ultimate form of sophistication.”
- Space for seasonal table d’hôte menus (like Summer in Québec · Table Champêtre), the cocktail program and a French-focused wine list.
- About, Our Chef and a Gift Experience section for bespoke dining.
Outcome
A site that lives up to one of the country’s most celebrated restaurants and makes seasonal menu changes simple.
