Canada's premier celebration of women in food and beverage moves from city to city. I built a Webflow site that pulls ticket availability straight from TicketTailor, so every event page stays accurate without anyone touching it.

Yes Shef homepage hero promoting upcoming Vancouver and Toronto culinary events

Yes Shef is Canada’s premier celebration of women in food and beverage, presented by WORTH Association. Each event brings together 15+ chef-led tasting stations, drinks and live entertainment, with proceeds funding scholarships for women entering the industry.

The challenge

The series moves from city to city (Vancouver, Toronto and beyond), and every event has its own ticket inventory. Keeping sold-out and available states accurate by hand across event pages was slow and easy to get wrong.

What I built

  • A custom TicketTailor to Webflow CMS integration that syncs ticket availability automatically, so event pages always show what can actually be bought, with no manual upkeep.
  • A CMS structure for events, featured talent, partners and past editions, so the team can launch a new city by adding content rather than building pages.
  • Talent profiles, a partner showcase for 50+ sponsors, impact stats and newsletter signup, all responsive and built from the agency’s designs.

Outcome

The team manages a national, multi-city event series from one CMS, and ticket status is always accurate without anyone touching it.
