Old Town Collective is a group of craft food businesses on Vancouver Island: Old Town Bakery, Wild Poppy Market, Cold Front Gelato and Old Town Ice Cream. Their line is “Neighbourhood spots. Built with love.”
The brief
The collective needed a home for the group itself: a place to tell the shared story, point people to each business and support hiring across all locations, without taking anything away from the individual brands.
What I built
- The group site, plus individual sites for Old Town Bakery and Wild Poppy Market, planned as one system from the start.
- A locations section that sends visitors on to each brand’s own site.
- CMS-driven News and Careers sections, so the team can post openings and community updates for every business in one place.
- Newsletter signup for several brands from a single page.
Outcome
A single umbrella site for the group, with each business keeping its own identity and its own site.
